Enchanting

In Temuair, equipment can be enchanted with the blessing of one of the eight deities. Each deity bestows a unique stat bonus upon the item, reflecting their divine domain and influence. Once enchanted, items become perishable and will be destroyed upon death.

Obtaining Enchanted Items

There are two primary ways to obtain enchanted equipment:

• Monster drops: Certain monsters drop equipment that is already enchanted with a deity's blessing.
• Consecration: Priests who worship a deity can consecrate items in their god's name. Priests can consecrate items to their own deity as well as to their deity's allies.

Additionally, priests who worship an enemy deity can desecrate enchanted items to recover faith, removing the enchantment in the process.
