Supply Run: Mileth

Repeatable · Insight 1+

Cian, Mileth's alchemist, has found a recipe that calls for local ingredients and could use a hand gathering them.

Before you start

No requirements. Anyone can take this on.

Once every 21 hours.

You have 21 hours to finish once you accept, or the quest lapses.

Bring with you

Whatever you are asked for — it is drawn when you accept, and the walkthrough lists what it can be.

Walkthrough

  1. Agree to help Cian.
    ⌖ Cian, Mileth
  2. Bring Cian the ingredients he asked for.
⌖ They drop from the creatures around Mileth
    One of:
    • Bring Cian the ingredient he asked for.
    • Bring Cian the ingredient he asked for.
    • Bring Cian the ingredient he asked for.
    • Bring Cian the ingredient he asked for.
    • Bring Cian the ingredient he asked for.
    • Bring Cian the ingredient he asked for.
    • Bring Cian the ingredient he asked for.
Cian picks the ingredient at random when you accept; the quest log says which. Mold, Spider's Eye, Centipede's Gland and Bat's Wing come from the fields around town and the upper Mileth Crypt. Great Bat's Wing needs Crypt 7-1 and Mimic's Fang Crypt 9-1 (both gated at insight 11); he only asks for Scorpion's Sting from insight 12.
You have 21 hours from accepting to bring the ingredients back. If the time runs out the request is dropped and Cian will have a new one for you.

Rewards

  • 20% of the way to your next insight, up to insight 11

When you finish, one of these happens:

The brew works

3 in 20 · the quest is complete

  • 2× An Ainmeal deum

The brew fails

17 in 20 · the quest is complete

  • 2× A Lan deum
The experience share is measured against the climb to insight 11 at most, so it is 2,000 experience for anyone at insight 10 or above.
The two potions are Betony, Cothromach, Ioc or Spiorad Deum, drawn at random and possibly the same kind twice.

Steps, requirements, and rewards come from the game's own quest data, so they match what your quest log shows in-game.
