Kobold Hunter

A three-part quest chain that takes you deep into Porte Forest to help a dwarf named Mufrec deal with a kobold infestation. Completing this quest chain unlocks the Specialization system.

Part 1: Dark Kobold Hunter

1. Visit Shannon in Pravat Cave (you must be level 41+).
2. Shannon is worried about her husband Mufrec, who got into trouble with some kobolds. She says he headed off to a forest near Suomi.
3. Travel to Porte Forest (accessible from Suomi) and find Mufrec.
4. Mufrec asks for your help hunting kobolds. Accept his quest to kill 50 Dark Kobolds.
5. Hunt Dark Kobold Thieves, Dark Kobold Assassins, and Dark Kobold Tricksters in Porte Forest until you reach 50 kills.
6. Return to Mufrec to claim your reward.

Part 1 Rewards

• 25,000 experience
• Legend mark: "Defeated Dark Kobolds for Mufrec"

Part 2: Cursed Kobold Hunter

1. After turning in Part 1, Mufrec asks you to venture deeper into the caves and kill 50 Cursed Kobolds.
2. Hunt Ruby Kobolds, Onyx Kobolds, and Sapphire Kobolds in the deeper areas of Porte Forest.
3. Return to Mufrec to claim your reward.

Part 2 Rewards

• 25,000 experience
• Legend mark: "Defeated Cursed Kobolds for Mufrec"

Part 3: Kobold Kingslayer

1. After turning in Part 2, Mufrec reveals there is a powerful boss behind the kobold threat.
2. Bring a group! Mufrec warns that even a powerful Aisling may not be able to take down this beast alone.
3. Defeat the Lunar Eviscerator.
4. Return to Mufrec to claim your final reward.

Part 3 Rewards

• 50,000 experience
• Legend mark: "Befriended an Embattled Dwarf"

Repeatable Quests

After completing the full quest chain, the Dark Kobold Hunter and Cursed Kobold Hunter quests become repeatable. Speak to Mufrec to pick up either quest again.

• Each quest has a 24-hour cooldown
• Both quests can be completed independently after the first run
• Each completion awards 25,000 experience
